BE MORE. Community Development Programme was created by a network of European youth organisations for European youth organisations and their members.
The goal of BE MORE. Community is to develop youth-friendly online courses to provide starting youth organisation leaders with the necessary skill set. For that reason, the most relevant priority is skills development and inclusion through creativity. Additional priorities include promoting quality, innovation and recognition of youth work.

These courses provide youth organisation leaders with quality content to understand the basics in organisation development, leadership that has been created by experienced youth organisation leaders.
This year’s goal was project writing for new content, as well as informing our cooperation network organisations about these courses. With that, we have also made a short summary of our four previous courses. We encourage young people to join youth organisations as we think youth organisations are the best places to learn necessary skills for future employment. We hope that these courses help starting youth organisation leaders with the necessary skill-set.
