About this course
Organisations all over the world have certain characteristics: they have strategies to reach the goals and visions the organisation members have collectively set; they have certain structures and divisions of their members; the people in the organisation agree on certain values and every organisations’ own distinct culture defines how people interact within it.
This course will give an overview of these fundamental characteristics and how they affect your organisation. If strategy, structure, values and culture are not something you have discussed in your organisation, you will also have guiding exercise questions to begin this discussion. The course ends with an insight to change management to help you change, if necessary, the fundamental aspects of your organisation.
